Adding value & Quality to Natural Juice
Products by using Macro Porous Adsorber Resin based Debittering Process.
SUNMAN designs, exports, manufactures and offers debittering process, juice debittering process, debittering equipment and juice debittering equipment involving a process based on use of Food grade Macro Porous Adsorber Resin
to upgrade the Natural Juice Quality. Resin extracts undesirable bitter
compounds from Natural Juices and substances like mineral salts &
undesirable fruit colours from other Juices.
Design of System
The Design of Debittering unit is based on the
characteristics of feed stock. SUNMAN propose to test the sample of raw
Juice / feed stock. Analysis report of raw juice if so required can be
provided by SUNMAN at extra cost. The sample of Juice may also be tested at
our PILOT PLANT for the best inputs required for the Design of the System.
Equipment Description
Our Debittering equipments are skid mounted for
simplified transportation and installation. Columns are of S.S. 316 material
constructed. Each unit is designed and built to meet the requirements of the
customers. The number of process columns and configuration will depend on
the application and the Juice volumes to be treated.
Characteristics of Finished Juice:
- Reduced bitter compounds : Limolin, Naringin, Hesperidin,
Nomilin, Polyphonels etc.
- Clear Juices (Typically Apple, Pineapple, Pear,
Grapefruit etc.)
- Colour Reduction
- Acidity Standardization.
- Citrus Juices ( Typically orange & lemon)
- Debittering
- Hesperidin, limolin & Naringin reduction.
- Astringency reduction (Acidity Adjustment)
